Delete your Nasha Mukt Yuva account
You can delete your account and the personal data the app holds about you at any time. It is free, and you do not need to give a reason.
In the app (fastest)
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Profile (the person icon at the top right of Home).
- Tap Delete account, at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter the one-time code sent to your registered mobile number to confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately, and the request is complete.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app or your phone, email tech@nitiaide.com from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and the mobile number you registered with. We confirm the request by sending a one-time code to that number, then delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile and name, your mobile number, your pledge certificate and the link between the pledge and you, your volunteer and organisation registrations, the concerns and ideas you sent under your name, your push notification registration, and your sign-in history.
What is kept
- The pledge is kept in the campaign's total count with no name, number or other link to you, so that the count stays true.
- Concerns you reported as anonymous were never linked to you and cannot be found or deleted.
- Records the law requires us to keep, such as proof that consent was given, for as long as the law requires.
Deleted data disappears from our backups within 35 days.
